Data Deletion Request

This page explains how to request deletion of the data that the Lulltide app collects, what is deleted, and what may be retained. It applies to the Lulltide Android app.

What data Lulltide collects

Lulltide has no user accounts and does not ask for your name, email address, or other identifying information. The only data collected is pseudonymous analytics and crash-diagnostic data processed by Google Firebase (Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics):

• App activity and interactions;
• Crash logs and diagnostics;
• A Firebase app-instance / installation identifier;
• Device information (model, operating-system version, language);
• Approximate (coarse) location derived from your IP address.

This data is associated with a randomly generated app-instance identifier, not with your identity. Lulltide does not collect your microphone audio, your audio files, or your payment details.

How to request deletion

1. Email getundertoneapp@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line "Delete my Lulltide data."
3. Because the data is pseudonymous and not linked to your identity, please include any details that help us locate the relevant records — for example your device model, the approximate dates you used the app, and your app version.
4. We will delete the associated analytics and crash-diagnostic records from our Firebase project and confirm by reply within 30 days.

You can also stop all future data collection at any time by uninstalling the app.

What is deleted, what is kept, and retention periods

• Deleted on request: the analytics and crash-diagnostic records associated with your data are removed from our Firebase project.
• Automatic deletion: even without a request, this data is retained only for limited periods — Firebase Crashlytics crash data for up to 90 days, and Firebase Analytics data for up to 14 months — after which it is automatically deleted by Google.
• Kept only on your device: your app settings and your selected-track list are stored locally on your device and never sent to us; they are removed when you uninstall the app.
• Not collected at all: microphone audio, your audio files, and payment details — there is nothing of this kind to delete.
